Bordoloi’s journey doesn’t stop there; in 2016, he was nominated for the Global Indian Music Academy (GIMA) Awards for his debut Hindi composition, “Teri Jo Baatein Hain.” This innovative track was a landmark as the first Hindi non-film song created by an Assamese artist to be filmed abroad, earning both critical acclaim and audience adulation.
Bordoloi’s musical background is as diverse as it is rich. He has trained in both Hindustani and Western classical music, showcasing his versatility that spans singing, songwriting, composing, anchoring, and performing.
